Pop goes the glass bubble!
The steps to make a pint glass as I recall are pull some glass, blow a small bubble, roll around in color, add some more glass, put it all in the pint mold, blow until the wooden mold starts to smoke, then there's shaping stuff.
The problem always seemed to be traced back to the first pull of glass and the first bubble. Sometimes it was too big pop, other times it was too small. We even had a separated bubble.
Got home that night and watched some video examples and boy there is more than one way to make a pint glass.

We did manage to make a couple of paperweights before our bubble popping adventures.
